Special Lecture on “Trust Law vs. Ownership Concept in Civil Law: Mongolian Example”

On December 6, the special lecture entitled “Trust Law vs. Ownership Concept in Civil Law: Mongolian Example” was given by Prof. Oyuntungalag Jargalsaikhan, Chief Judge on the Civil Appellate Court of Capital City of Mongolia.

In 2010, she received her LL.D in civil law from the Graduate School of Law at Nagoya University. Currently, she is conducting research as a visiting associate professor at Keio University.

Professors and graduate students of the Graduate School of Law participated in the lecture. They listened attentively to her presentation and discussed the Japanese and Mongolian legal systems. The content of the lecture, which included Mongolian cases, greatly interested the participants, and a lively question-and-answer session was held after her presentation.

This lecture was organized jointly by the Graduate School of Law and the Center for Asian Legal Exchange (CALE).
