The Fourth International Conference on Fundamental Issues of Constitutional and Administrative Law on March 22, 2023, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The conference was co-organized by the Graduate School of Law, Nagoya University, and hosted by the National University of Mongolia, School of Law. Some speakers and participants joined the conference online. Scholars from Mongolia, Japan, Germany, Hungary, Korea, and Canada presented their research findings at the conference. The conference was live-streamed worldwide and was watched by many around the world.

The conference featured a plenary session and two parallel sessions. Professor Inaba Kazumasa, Professor Okochi Minori, Professor Sato Fumito, Professor Masako Murakami, and Professor Matsuo Yo from GSL, Nagoya University presented their research at the conference.
