Prime Minister Pham Minh Ching of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam appointed Mr. Pham Quang Hieu as Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam in May 2021. Mr. Pham Quang Hieu studied law at our Graduate School of Law and got Master's degree in law in March 2005.
